The K&K Circuit Club
$199 a year — about $16.58 a month — for people who'd rather not think about their electrical system until they have to.
What you get
Nine things, one price.
-
Annual electrical safety inspection
A licensed electrician walks the whole property once a year: panel opened and thermally scanned for loose or overheating connections, breakers tested, GFCI and AFCI protection verified, grounding and bonding checked, receptacles and visible wiring inspected. You get a written report either way.
Worth about $220 on its own -
No trip charge, ever
The fee to get a truck to your door is waived on every visit for as long as you're a member. Not the first visit — every visit.
Saves $89 per call -
No after-hours premium
This is the one that matters. Non-members pay an overtime rate for nights, weekends, and holidays. Members pay the standard rate at 2 a.m. on a Sunday. Electrical problems don't schedule themselves for Tuesday at ten.
Saves the most on the worst night -
Front of the line
Member tickets are dispatched ahead of non-members at the same severity. During a storm, when everyone in the county is calling at once, this is the difference between tonight and Thursday.
Priority dispatch -
15% off repairs and installations
Applied to labor and materials on everything from a dead receptacle to a service upgrade. On a single panel replacement this pays for a decade of membership.
On every job -
Workmanship warranty tripled
Our standard workmanship warranty runs one year. Members get three, on every job performed while the membership is active.
3 years instead of 1 -
Loyalty credit that builds
$50 is credited to your account every year you stay a member, and it keeps stacking. Put it toward any job over $500 — a panel upgrade, a generator, an EV charger. Five years in, that's $250 waiting for you.
$50 a year, accrues -
Transferable when you move
Take the remaining membership to your new place, or hand it to the buyer as a selling point. Your choice.
Moves with you -
A documented electrical history
Every inspection and repair on the property is kept on file. When you sell, that record answers the inspector's questions before they're asked.
Useful at resale
Side by side
The same call, two prices.
A dead circuit on a Saturday evening, diagnosed and repaired.
| Non-member | Circuit Club member | |
|---|---|---|
| Trip charge to your door | $89 per visit | Waived |
| Nights, weekends, holidays | Overtime rate | Standard rate |
| Repairs and installations | Full price | 15% off |
| Annual safety inspection | $220 | Included |
| Dispatch order | First come, first served | Priority |
| Workmanship warranty | 1 year | 3 years |
| Loyalty credit | None | $50 a year, accrues |
On that one Saturday call, a member typically saves more than the membership costs for the year. If you only ever call us once, it pays for itself. If you call us twice, it isn't close.
Why we offer this
We'd rather find it early.
Most electrical emergencies are things that were quietly wrong for months. A loose lug in a panel warms up long before it fails. Members get looked at once a year, which means we catch the expensive things while they're still cheap — and we get a customer who calls us first instead of searching at midnight.
It's a fair trade in both directions. You spend less and sleep better. We get predictable work and a property we already know our way around, which makes every future call faster.

The fine print, in plain words
What it doesn't cover.
Does membership mean repairs are free?
No. It means the inspection is included, the trip charge goes away, after-hours work is billed at the normal rate, and everything else is 15% off. Parts and labor are still parts and labor.
Is the inspection a sales visit?
It's an inspection. You get a written report of what we found, ranked by whether it's a safety issue, something to plan for, or fine as is. If nothing needs doing, the report says so. An inspection that always finds $3,000 of work isn't an inspection.
What if I never use it?
Then you had a licensed electrician check your panel once a year, which is the point. We'd rather you never need us urgently.
Does it cover a whole rewire or a new service?
Large projects get the 15% member discount and the extended warranty, and your accrued loyalty credit applies. They're not included — no membership at this price could cover a service upgrade.
Can I use it at my rental as well as my house?
A membership covers one address. Additional properties are discounted, and if you own several, the owner plan is a better fit than stacking individual memberships.
Sparking, burning smell, or no power?
Don't wait for business hours. Shut the breaker off if you can reach it safely, get everyone clear of the area, and call. Someone answers this line at 2 a.m.
