Make a payment

Invoices, deposits, and membership are three different things. Pick the one you're here for.

01 — Pay an invoice

Settle a bill

We bill through Joist. Your invoice arrives by email or text with a secure payment link and a QR code built into it — open that invoice and pay from your phone by card or bank transfer. That link is tied to your specific job, so the amount and reference are already correct.

Pay from your invoiceJoist payment links are issued per invoice, so there's no single page to send you to. Open the invoice we emailed or texted you and use the link or QR code inside it. Lost it? Request a new one below.

02 — Pay a deposit

Get work scheduled

Larger jobs need a deposit before we order equipment and book the crew. We'll send a deposit request through Joist once you've approved the scope — you pay it the same way, and the balance is invoiced when the work is finished and inspected.

Deposits are requested per jobOnce you've approved the scope we'll send a deposit request you can pay in one tap. Ask for it below or over the phone.

03 — Membership

$199 / year

Circuit Club

The annual membership renews once a year rather than job by job, so it's billed separately from your invoices. See what's included before you sign up.

Sign-up is by phone right nowRequest membership on the membership page and we'll call to take payment and get your first inspection booked.

Can't find your invoice?

We'll resend the payment link.

Payment links live inside the invoice we sent you. If it's buried in your inbox, went to spam, or went to the wrong address, tell us who you are and we'll send a fresh one.

Sent during office hours, usually within the hour.

Before you pay anyone

How to know it's actually us.

Contractor payment fraud is common and getting better at looking legitimate. Three rules that protect you from it.

We never ask for card numbers by email or text

Not ever. If a message appears to come from us and asks you to reply with card details, it isn't us. Call the office on the number above and check.

Our bank details don't change mid-job

A message saying our account has changed and payment should go somewhere new is the most common version of this fraud. Phone us before moving any money.

You'll always have an invoice first

Every payment is tied to an invoice or deposit request with your address and a reference on it. If there's no invoice, don't pay.
