The content here is general information about the services K&K Electrical Service provides. It is not a quote, a warranty, or technical advice for your specific installation. Electrical conditions vary by building, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for having a licensed electrician look at yours.
Do not attempt described work yourself
Descriptions of electrical work on this site exist so you understand what we do. They are not instructions. Working on energized equipment or on a service panel without training and proper equipment can cause serious injury, death, or fire, and unpermitted work can void insurance coverage.
Estimates and proposals
No price appears on this site, and no communication through this site constitutes a binding quote. Pricing is provided in a written proposal after we've evaluated the actual scope. The proposal you sign governs the work, and it controls over anything stated here.
Response times
Emergency response is dispatched as quickly as crew availability allows and is not a guaranteed arrival time. Severe weather events that cause widespread outages create call volumes that affect everyone's response times, including ours.

Areas listed on this site reflect where we typically work and are subject to change based on licensing, permitting, and crew availability in a given jurisdiction.
