What we collect

If you fill out the request form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, email address, service address, and description of work that you enter. We use that information to respond to your request and to schedule and perform the work.

This site does not run advertising trackers. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so.

What we do with it

We use your information to contact you about your request, to prepare a proposal, and to keep records of work performed. We do not sell it. We share it only with parties necessary to complete your job — for example a permitting authority, an equipment supplier, or the utility — or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Records of completed work are retained as long as needed for warranty, licensing, and tax purposes. Inquiries that don't become jobs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we're required to retain records. Contact the office and we'll handle it.
