Submit an electrical ticket

How urgent is it?
Answer honestly. Over-stating it slows down the people who actually are in danger; under-stating it delays your own repair.
Stop — don't file a ticket
Call us right now instead.
A ticket sits in a queue. What you've described shouldn't. Call the line below, and while it's ringing:
- Switch off the breaker for the affected circuit if you can reach it safely and it's dry
- If the panel itself is the problem, or it's wet, don't touch it — leave the area and call from outside
- Get people and pets away from the outlet, fixture, or equipment involved
- Don't put water on an electrical fire. If there are flames, call 911 first

When you'll hear back.
These are the targets we hold ourselves to. Severe weather with widespread outages stretches everyone's, including ours — we'll tell you if that's the situation rather than letting you wonder.
| Severity | First response | On site |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency | Immediately, by phone | Dispatched on the call |
| Urgent | Within 1 hour of opening | Same or next business day |
| Standard | Same business day | 2–3 business days |
| Planned | Next business day | Scheduled with you |
Sparking, burning smell, or no power?
Don't wait for business hours. Shut the breaker off if you can reach it safely, get everyone clear of the area, and call. Someone answers this line at 2 a.m.
